About Sydney Education Office
Our aim
The Education Office attends to the educational needs regarding the teaching of the Greek language in the region of East Australia (NSW, ACT, QLD) and New Zealand. It allocates teachers seconded from the Greek government to schools, plans and runs programmes introducing alternative teaching approaches, is responsible for ordering and distributing school books published in Greece, organises seminars for teachers, participates in cultural and educational events of Greek interest, etc.
How to get here
The Education Office is housed within the Consulate of Greece in Sydney. It is located in Castlereagh street right next to the Fire Brigade Station, near the "Museum" and "Town Hall" train stations.
